Avail wasn’t born from a business idea — it was born from our lives. Both of us grew up facing developmental challenges that shaped how we learned, communicated, and moved through the world. We spent years fighting to be understood, fighting to adapt, and fighting to believe that we were capable of more than what people expected from us.

Those early struggles didn’t break us. They built us.

They taught us resilience. They taught us compassion. They taught us how to see people beyond their diagnoses and behaviors, and how to walk with them through the same battles we once had to face alone.

As we grew into adulthood, we learned how to navigate society on our own terms — not by becoming someone else, but by discovering our strengths and leaning into them. That journey required faith, intention, and a lot of rebuilding. It also revealed our purpose.

Avail was created so others wouldn’t have to fight those battles without support. We built this agency for the individuals who learn differently, who process life differently, who are trying every day to figure out how to function in a world that isn’t always built for them.
